We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds
We offer refunds on products within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@finnpe.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to refund. We will respond promptly with instructions for returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@finnpe.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@finnpe.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including:
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
